Location: Central Vancouver Island, BC (Hybrid – remote with travel to community programs)
Position Type: Full-time
Start Date: December/January, with the opportunity to work with our current Dream Team in the summer!

Your Role on the Team
As the Executive Operations & Community Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations — blending executive support, program coordination, financial management, grant writing, and meaningful communication with the communities we serve.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping us on track with top-tier admin & executive support
Supporting financial operations, managing payroll, and tracking budgets
Helping us grow through thoughtful grant writing & reporting
Coordinating programs that make a difference
Building relationships and staying connected with community voices
Bringing warmth, professionalism, and purpose to everything you do
What You Bring:
Highly organized and detail-driven
Experienced with financial tracking, payroll systems, and reporting
A strong communicator — in writing and in person
Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines
Passionate about community wellbeing and Indigenous health equity
Excited to be the face of a movement rooted in hope, healing, and transformation
Super strong organizational skills (you love lists and calendars!)
Experience working in or alongside Indigenous communities and youth programs
Tech-friendly (comfortable with MS Office and basic digital tools)
Available to travel across Central Vancouver Island
Passion for creating safe, fun, and meaningful experiences for Indigenous youth
Bonus If You Also Have:
Coaching experience or sport background
Experience leading youth groups or facilitating activities
A love for community events, cultural connections, and working with purpose
